Privacy policy

Identity and contact details (surname, first name, email, phone, address), documents required for the rental (licence number, date of birth), booking and payment data, and the inspection photographs.

Card details never pass through our servers: payment is handled by our provider Stripe, on its own PCI-DSS certified infrastructure.

• Performance of the contract : managing the booking, the contract, invoicing and inspections.
• Legal obligation : retention of accounting records and rental documents.
• Legitimate interest : fraud prevention, dispute handling, service improvement.
• Consent : sending commercial offers, revocable at any time.

Booking data and accounting records are kept for the applicable statutory period. Inspection photographs are kept for as long as needed to handle any dispute. The data of an inactive customer account is deleted or anonymised on request.

Your data is accessible to authorised agency staff and to our technical subcontractors (hosting, email delivery, payment), bound by the same confidentiality obligations. It is neither sold nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. To exercise them, write to us location-admin@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

The site uses only cookies strictly necessary to its operation: your customer account session and security. No advertising or third-party analytics cookie is set without your consent.
